分手一點都不可怕,

可怕的事,你要面對一些你從未面對過的事;

同時, 也會擔心自己面對不來;

最怕是怕沒有人陪自己渡過這難關;

其實分手只是一種失望的感覺;

同時我們也會不斷放大這個人為自己做過的"好事";

當同他/她一起時,只會諗他/她的不是;

到了分手時,才會諗他/她的"好事";

究竟那才是對? 是真實的他/她對你好...還是幻想中的他/她對你好?

過份沉思他/她的好對分手都無補於事...

這刻能做到的是重新建立自信,

改善好自己, 讓他/她一天可以從新愛過一個REFRESH的自己,
